Chanel style suit for Barbie and Poppy Parker

Since 4 years ago, each time I go shopping fabrics, I take a look at the tweeds ones, just in case I see someone nice and thin for Barbie . And now I have a few waiting for me to have time to sew. Because it takes many hours to sew these suits and it's not easy for me finding it... so I decided to sell this pattern too: you can find it in my shop, with some directions and tips, it's the same pattern of this black and withe suit.

I'm very happy how it turned out, this fabric is beautiful 😍 and I put it a Chanel logo I bought two years ago in Aliexpress.

The girl is Silkstone Cocktail Dress Barbie (X8253), I love her so much!

The skirt closes at the back with velcro. I know some people prefers buttons or snaps, but it doesn't fit well with them: however small they would be, they are thick. It filts much better with velcro. It's a special doll velcro, very thin, when it's closed you can not guess where it is.

I hope to find more time soon to use my other tweed fabrics 😊

Lace dress for Barbie

I loved this dress when I saw it in Mattel IG. As they don't sell it, I had to sew it myself 😉 You cn buy the pattern in my shop for just 4 €. It does not include instructions.

I purchased the Chanel bag to Doll Wardrobe Boutique.

The doll is Tokidoki Barbie (CMV57), rerooted and repainted by the incredible Mike of Jambog dolls. I also changed her body. In this photo you can see better how beautiful is she 😍

To make this dress I used the same pattern of the pink dress, but this time I sewed it without pockets. You can find the pattern with the step by step instructions in my Etsy shop. The instruction file has 22 pages with 24 photos and has the instructions and also many tips you can use when sewing any other garment. You will receive a file with the patterns, a file with the instructions in english and a file with the instructions in spanish.

The dress is totally lined and it fastens with a snap button in the back.

This doll is Keith Haring Barbie, she is amazing! I bought the handbag in Aliexpress some years ago. The necklace is from Preferable Pink Barbie.
